Pradera is a 3 year-old cow’s milk cheese from Holland. Unlike other Gouda cheeses made in the Netherlands, Pradera has a special slightly sweeter culture to help in its creation.

It’s Sharp on the tongue with sweet and mature salty bits that give that bite.

As with all cheeses, it should be allowed to come to room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes before eating.
