Our Black Pepper & Sesame Spelt biscuits are a short, savoury butter biscuit made from wholemeal spelt flour for a delicious nutty flavour. Complimented with a mix of black & white sesame then spiced with black pepper and sprinkled with lake salt.

This biscuit has to be my favorite in the collection and specially when enjoyed with all firm and soft goats cheeses or a sharp aged Pecorino.
